QUESTIONS

Common questions from contractors.

Do you only work with construction companies?

Our focus is residential contractors — remodelers, builders and the trades — earning $300K to $10M a year with fewer than 30 employees. However, we have experience with retail, food services, and manufacturing companies too!

How is my monthly price set?

By transaction volume, the number of active jobs and the size of your payroll. After your right-fit call we give you a fixed monthly fee — no hourly surprises.

My books are behind. Can you still help?

Yes. Most new clients start with a catch-up project, then move to a monthly package once the books are current.

Which software do you work with?

QuickBooks Online for accounting and JobTread for construction management. If you use something else, ask us on your call.
